I am really happy with this app 95% of the time. Sometimes the priorities of which modes of transport should be used gets hosed a bit, but I love the concept and execution just gets better and better. It takes a bit of getting used to, but there is a lot to the app and it can do a lot of figuring out for you. The only tough part is when you want to override its suggestions it is tough to get your new choice to stick.

Overall, the app does exactly as its supposed to do. I use it almost every day. However, the fare prices are totally wrong for Chicago. It cost $2.25 to take the L, $2 to take the bus, and .25¢ to transfer between stops. Fix this and allow me to access addresses through my contacts and youre golden!

We use this everyday in Sydney. Easy to use and gets us where we need to go.

I really the idea behind this app, but there are parts that need some work. (Im using from Denver, CO). The calendar integration/agenda is frustrating to use, and seems to glitch every time I try to schedule multiple events. It tells me that events wont fit, even though theres no reason for them not to. I really do like the concept behind this app, and if these glitches were fixed Id give it five stars easily!

It was very beautiful app but this update messed up everything, text doesnt show properly, no fare showing... showing It looks now like some kindergarten student built it. FAILED! Although thank you that you didnt messed it up during my out of town trip...

This app made traveling the city a breeze. On the long nights where I may have gotten lost or confused, this app got me back home before it was too late. It also allowed me to see what I wanted to see, when I wanted to see it. I strongly recommend this app.

which is pretty good given the complexity of Sydney transport. Most routes work well and use it regularly to get to meetings and events. Very responsive customer service.

People seem to make a big deal out of Citymapper, but I think that I prefer this app. It looks great on the iPad, and more importantly, it does a really great job of providing multiple routes representing different transportation modes, including mixed modes (e.g., bike and train), with lots of information for each mode, e.g., public transportation schedules and bike sharing locations. I hope this app gets the exposure that it deserves.

I think Ive tried them all. This has the most intuitive UI, saves ten of your most recent locations, compares fuel/carbon impact (& time) btw driving, walking, cycling, and transit. Best yet, if you give it permission, it checks your calendar and alerts you to leave now to catch your bus.

I checked out your app for help at routing my commutes to various places. I ride my bike whenever possible and your results for bike commutes rarely used easily accessible trails. Why would I ride on the roads and risk getting hit by the droves of driving texters when I could be on a cement path along a creek or through the woods. This needs a lot of work. I dont care what other bells and whistles you have if you cant find a safe route.

Hot stop was a much better application it gave you a number of transportation alternatives trip go seems offer one route only this is not good

Ties into Maps, works fast, is accurate. Really nothing more could be asked. Really glad I found it.

Cant load it. Cant update it cant delete it. Sloppy programming !!!

Its been such an amazing help with my travels! All I could suggest is being more accurate with exact times, maybe if the buses have gps, asking them for access to it! Other than that very helpful in what buses to take and sometimes timing is right!

OMG! actually USES my calendar to tell me it’s time to leave! never have to enter another trip again!

Definitely one of the best apps ive used for getting to or from any where using whatever type of transpo my little heart desires..... But seriously this is the only app I use to get around besides uber or lyft.

It will move to 5* when the walking times are more consistent with map times. Seriously its really good and if I could only have one transport app, it would be TripGo. Thanks for your service.
